Consulting Attorney

We are available to act as consulting attorneys during the mediation process. A party that is in mediation with another mediator will often require a consulting attorney to discuss their legal options and review the Judgment or Agreement. As a consulting attorney, we will ensure that the party understands his/her legal rights and obligations. We can also provide advice and guidance about how to negotiate in mediation.

Unbundled Legal Services

We provide legal advice and guidance to those who plan to represent themselves in their matter, but want or need some limited assistance from an attorney.  For example, we can prepare court forms, or provide guidance on an individual issue rather than an entire matter.
